One Day or Day One, It’s your Decision

What is CrossFit?

Constantly Varied, Functional Movement Performed at High Intensity

Each session is different every day and are modified to help athletes achieve their goals.  The workouts can be adapted for any age or fitness level.

The program uses the CrossFit movements in a safe, efficient and effective way, similar to what you use in everyday life to ensure that you remain injury free and adapting as you progress.

In CrossFit workouts, the intensity levels are adjusted to challenge every individual from the beginner to the elite athlete.

The Key To Health and Fitness

CrossFit is a lifestyle characterized by safe, effective exercise and sound nutrition. CrossFit can be used to accomplish any goal, from improved health to weight loss to better performance. The program works for everyone from people who are just starting out and people who have trained for years.

The CrossFit lifestyle is a combination of diet and exercise which is the key to fitness and long-term health.

CrossFit is a broad, general and inclusive fitness and is about community, your support network. At every affiliate around the world, people encourage and motivate each other in every class as they work toward their goals. Start training with friends now.

Is CrossFit For Me?

Absolutely!  While CrossFit is not for everyone, it is for anyone and has been called the cure for chronic disease by some.

Who has benefitted from CrossFit?

Many professional and elite athletes who are competing at the highest level are participating in CrossFit to advance their core strength and conditioning for their chosen sport.  But that is not all.  CrossFit has tested it’s methods on the sedentary, overweight, pathological and elderly and found that these special populations meet the same success as the professional athletes.  So if the program works for these groups then it will work for you.

CrossFit is the only fitness regime that is evidence based.  This means that the measurable, observable and repeatable data is used in analyzing and assessing your progress and results.

Eat meat and vegetables, nuts and seeds, little starch and no sugar. Keep intake to levels that will support exercise but not fat.
