CrossFit - Functional Training at it's best

Our CrossFit D-Day classes embody the CrossFit methodology defined as constantly varied, functional movement performed at high intensity. The workout of the day, or WOD as its commonly known, runs at various times throughout the day and you can expect to see anything from gymnastics to Olympic weightlifting, to monostructural components like running, rowing, or riding. Our program has been designed by our coaches to ensure our members are consistently progressing and assessed with measurable results in each of the 10 physical skills of CrossFit.  Our programs are suitable for all levels, from beginners to more advanced with plenty of scaling options available.  If you are looking for results in fitness and strength then look no further. This is the class for you.

Olympic Lifting

The main focus of the Olympic Lifting class is to allow you to improve the technical execution of the snatch, clean & jerk, and related lifts. At Olympic Lifting, you will be coached by a high-performance Olympic Lifting coach and can expect to snatch or clean & jerk, perform auxiliary exercises, and perform other drills to supplement the Olympic lifts. Programmed specifically to get you proficient in technique, this performance enhancing class is guaranteed to improve your lifts.

CrossFit Kids

Our CrossFit Kids classes are not a scaled down version of our regular CrossFit classes. CrossFit Kids is a strength and conditioning program that is specifically designed for kids and teenagers between the ages of 5 – 12 years and 13-18 years for teens and helps them develop a lifelong love of fitness.  In a group setting, children and teens participate in fun and engaging workouts that deliver measurable results and prepare them to be well rounded athletes, not just good at one thing.  No two CrossFit workouts are the same, so kids and teens never get bored and the novelty of each workout keeps them excited about participating.  The functional movements involve exercises that are fundamental to all things that kids need to do when they play.  Pull, push, run, throw, climb, lift and jump.  All of the movements are taught safely and effectively under the close supervision of our trained CrossFit Coaches.


This class is designed to educate the athlete about basic gymnastics movements. Understanding and practice of these movements with proper form helps athletes progress and improve their general physical preparedness. Athletes have different goals. For some, the goal is to live a more comfortable and healthier life. Others might have jobs in which their lives and the lives of others depend on their physical abilities. Some athletes simply want to dominate workouts. Regardless of the goal, the skills, drills, and concepts in this class, basic or otherwise, allow all athletes to improve in a safe and effective manner.


Mobility is the most important element of CrossFit.  At its very core, CrossFit is about functional movement and the unknown and unknowable, but without a base level of mobility you can’t do the simplest movements correctly.  It is not just about strength, but strength in the correct positions.  It isn’t just about endurance but making sure the movements are as efficient as possible to limit the effect it has on your cardiovascular system in the first place.  What this class will teach you is how to use certain tools, (i.e. foam rollers, lacrosse balls, strength bands etc) to improve the movement of your body so that you can increase your athletic potential, decrease injury and feel better.  Although we put mobility into each class, a few minutes a day isn’t enough to achieve substantial mobility results, it’s just enough to get you loosened up for the movements required that day.  For those of you with major mobility deficiencies and those of you looking to unlock your true potential, this is a great class to work on your trouble areas.

Competition Class

This program is developed for the athletes wanting to take their training to the next level both physically and mentally and step it up for the competition season. These workouts include a greater degree of intensity and complexity. You’ll be exposed to gymnastics, Olympic lifting, plyometrics, sprinting, strategy development, mental preparation etc. Prerequisites in benchmark workouts must be hit before access to the competition programming.

The competition program will provide you with the tools to reach new strength levels and push yourself beyond what you thought were achievable. All results are measurable and managed to get the best out of you.  For further information on this please ask us directly in-house.














Open Gym

This is free time to come in and work on your programming or spend time developing your skills. These times are not coached however an instructor will be on hand to help if required.

There is always a WOD (Workout of the Day) on the board for you to complete and record your time.

Kettlebell Club

Want to try a workout that is super effective for building muscle, strength and endurance?! Yes?!..then the Kettlebell Club is the class for you.  Kettlebell classes are a great way to develop overall strength and power, promote lean muscle gain, increase mobility, and core strength.  Many practitioners consider the kettlebell the single most effective tool for making massive changes in strength, conditioning and physiques.  Here you will not only swing but you will push, pull, squat, hinge, and carry.

Athletes with little experience to expert level will benefit from this class.  Our Level 2 certified kettlebell instructor can progress or regress any of the movement to fit your ability.  Your body will turn into a powerful fat loss, super strong machine that makes everything in life easier!! Don’t worry, kettlebells fire up your metabolism, torch calories and burn fat, so you will still get a good cardio workout as well.

So whether you are a beginner or an expert these classes are sure to please.  The pace is fast, the programming is effective and safe and will assist with weight loss, build strength, improve endurance and fitness.
