Our CrossFit D-Day classes embody the CrossFit methodology defined as constantly varied, functional movement performed at high intensity. The workout of the day, or WOD as its commonly known, runs at various times throughout the day and you can expect to see anything from gymnastics to Olympic weightlifting, to monostructural components like running, rowing, or riding. Our program has been designed by our coaches to ensure our members are consistently progressing and assessed with measurable results in each of the 10 physical skills of CrossFit. Our programs are suitable for all levels, from beginners to more advanced with plenty of scaling options available. If you are looking for results in fitness and strength then look no further.
