CrossFit - Functional Training at it's best

Our CrossFit D‑Day classes embody the core CrossFit methodology: constantly varied, functional movement performed at high intensity. Each Workout of the Day (WOD) is programmed to challenge different aspects of fitness, and across the week you’ll experience everything from gymnastics and Olympic weightlifting to monostructural conditioning like running, rowing, and riding.

Our coaching team designs every session to ensure members are progressing consistently and developing measurable improvements across the 10 physical skills of CrossFit. Every workout includes scaling options, making our classes suitable for all levels — from beginners to experienced athletes.

If you’re looking to build strength, improve fitness, and see real results, this is the class for you.

CrossFit Kids

CrossFit Kids is not a scaled‑down version of adult CrossFit. It’s a purpose‑built strength and conditioning program designed specifically for children aged 5–12 and teens aged 13–16, helping them build confidence, coordination, and a lifelong love of fitness.

In a supportive group environment, kids and teens take part in fun, engaging workouts that develop well‑rounded athletic ability — not just skill in one area. Because no two CrossFit workouts are ever the same, they stay excited, challenged, and eager to come back.

The program focuses on functional movements that mirror the way kids naturally play: pulling, pushing, running, throwing, climbing, lifting, and jumping. Every movement is taught safely and effectively under the close supervision of our trained CrossFit Coaches.

CrossFit Kids builds strong bodies, strong minds, and strong habits — setting young athletes up for success in sport and in life.

Competition Class

Our Competition Class is designed for athletes ready to take their training to the next level — physically, mentally, and strategically. This program prepares you for the demands of the competition season with workouts that carry a higher degree of intensity, complexity, and intent.

You’ll be exposed to advanced elements including gymnastics, Olympic lifting, plyometrics, sprinting, strategy development, and mental preparation. Entry into the program requires meeting specific benchmark standards to ensure all athletes can train safely and effectively at this level.

The Competition Program gives you the tools to reach new strength levels, refine your skills, and push beyond what you thought was possible. Progress is measurable, monitored, and structured to get the absolute best out of you.

Open Gym

Open Gym is your opportunity to come in and work on your own programming, refine your skills, or spend extra time developing specific movements. These sessions are not formally coached, but an instructor will always be on hand if you need guidance or support.

A daily WOD (Workout of the Day) is always available on the board if you want a structured option to complete and record your results.

Open Gym is the perfect space to practise, progress, and put in the extra work that moves you forward.
