Olivia is an osteopath dedicated to delivering culturally responsive healthcare for whānau in their takiwā. She has a special interest in supporting Māmā and Pēpi, promoting health and wellbeing through holistic, person-centred care.
She also works with people experiencing sports and activity-related injuries, supporting individuals to recover from pain, improve movement, and return confidently to the activities they enjoy — whether that’s work, exercise, or everyday life.
Olivia is deeply committed to being part of the wider healthcare team for breast cancer patients. Using gentle, hands-on techniques, she supports people through the physical effects of treatment, including scar tissue, adhesions, swelling, and global musculoskeletal changes. Her approach emphasises compassion and support, helping women heal physically while also supporting emotional recovery during and after this challenging time.
Having personally experienced low back and pelvic pain, Olivia sought osteopathic treatment and found it made a meaningful impact on her quality of life. This inspired her journey into osteopathy. She went on to graduate as an Osteopath in Ōtautahi, driven by a desire to help others achieve meaningful, lasting change in their own health and wellbeing.
